Ausbildung

One unique aspect of the German educational system is the Ausbildung, sometimes referred to as the dual education system. It blends theoretical instruction from a Berufsschule (vocational school) with hands-on, practical training received in an organization. This idea has proven quite effective in educating young people for a variety of jobs and has made a substantial contribution to Germany’s robust economy and low rates of youth unemployment. Apprentices are compensated for their Ausbildung, in contrast to other nations.
